Partner recommendations are shared to support informed wellbeing choices and do not replace professional diagnosis or emergency care.

Stilwater may update product features, forms, and policies to improve safety, quality, and user experience.

Continued use of this site indicates acceptance of these terms.

Aria Companion

These additional terms apply to the Aria Companion app (Android, and its web version). If they conflict with the general terms above, these terms apply to Aria Companion.

What Aria Companion is

Aria Companion sends medicine reminders, helps you record health readings such as blood sugar, insulin, sleep, exercise, weight and meals, creates reports you can share, and can place short check-in calls to a senior citizen using an AI voice assistant called Aria. Aria is an AI assistant, not a person.

Who can use it

The app is for adults. An account is created by one person, the account holder, who may be the senior citizen or a family member or carer. If you enter another person's details or phone number, you confirm that you have their permission and that they are happy to receive reminders, messages and calls from us. You are responsible for the information you enter being accurate and for keeping your access code private.

Not medical advice

Aria Companion is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and its reports and AI-written summaries are not a substitute for a doctor. Do not start, stop or change any medicine because of something in the app. Always follow your doctor's advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Reminders are not guaranteed

Reminders depend on phone networks, WhatsApp, your device settings and other services outside our control. We work to deliver them on time, but we cannot guarantee every reminder, call or message will be received, so please do not rely on Aria Companion as your only way of remembering important medicine. Make sure the phone numbers you enter are correct and that notifications are turned on.

Subscription, price and renewal

• Price. Aria Companion is a paid monthly subscription. The price is shown on the Subscribe screen, taken from Google Play (currently ₹99 per month).
• Billing. In the Android app you pay through Google Play, using the payment methods Google offers you, such as UPI or a card. Google charges you. We never see your card or UPI details.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. Google will tell you in advance if the price changes.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aria Companion → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• One Google account, one subscription. A subscription belongs to the Google account that bought it, and one Google account can hold only one Aria Companion subscription.
• If a payment fails. Google may retry the payment or pause the subscription. Access can stop until the payment succeeds or you subscribe again.
• Refunds. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which has a section on Aria Companion and Google Play.

Your content and the recipe community

You can upload healthy recipes, with photos and a voice recording. If you do, you give us permission to show that content, together with your name, age, city and profile photo as author, to other signed-in Aria Companion users, and to store and process it to run the service. You must own what you upload or have the right to share it, and it must not be unlawful, harmful, misleading or offensive. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not try to break or bypass its security, access someone else's account, send it false or harmful information, or use the reminder and call features to contact people who have not agreed to it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu → Delete my account). This permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel it in Google Play first or you may keep being charged. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes, availability and liability

We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Stilwater Health AI Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm resulting from a missed or late reminder, or from relying on the app instead of professional medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over disputes.
